I am Brett Antczak, Certified Life Mastery and Executive Coach with the Age of Advantage.  

Over a 30-year career, Brett served as a hospital CEO, owned and led multiple companies, and worked across several states in environments where decisions carried real financial, operational, and human consequences. He has led strategic initiatives, taught for decades within leadership programs, and advised leaders navigating growth, transition, and reinvention. He is the author of the upcoming book Leading and Living from the Edge and a frequent keynote speaker at national, state, and regional conferences and meetings. He is also a guest lecturer at several educational institutions.

 

Over the past decade, Brett has navigated a season of profound personal reinvention marked by the loss of both parents, a divorce, a cancer diagnosis, and a complete transformation of his health. Throughout this period, he has lived the principles he teaches, embracing wholeness, self-acceptance, making dreams a reality and the harnesing the courage to live honestly and fully.

 

These experiences required deep personal reflection and reinforced his belief that clarity, integrity, and purpose are not discovered by dwelling in challenge, but forged through conscious choice, aligned action, and the disciplined pursuit, and the realization of dreams.
