Brett Antczak, MHA

Executive Consultant | Certified Executive Coach | Author | Former Hospital CEO

Brett Antczak is an executive consultant, certified executive coach, author, speaker, and former hospital CEO with more than 30 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience. His work draws upon decades of executive responsibility, organizational leadership, education, small business ownership, and personal reinvention.

Today, Brett serves as Principal Executive and Creator of the Age of Advantage framework, helping experienced leaders build lives in which professional success and personal fulfillment can coexist.

Brett’s leadership career was built in complex healthcare and business environments where decisions carried significant operational, financial, and human consequences. He spent a decade serving as a hospital chief executive and has led organizations, businesses, strategic initiatives, leadership programs, and teams through growth, transition, and change.

His work is grounded in practical leadership experience rather than theory alone. As an executive consultant, educator, coach, and speaker, Brett helps experienced leaders improve decision clarity, strengthen personal and organizational standards, and create sustainable approaches to leadership and life.

Brett’s perspective has also been shaped by profound personal reinvention. Over the past decade, he has navigated the death of both parents, divorce, relocation, a significant health transformation, and a cancer diagnosis. He continues his healthcare journey while applying the same principles of clarity, courage, and conscious life design that inform his work with others.

Brett is the Principal Executive and Creator of the Age of Advantage framework, an approach designed to help experienced leaders turn earned wisdom into greater clarity, sustainable performance, and a life that works across career, relationships, health, and personal freedom.
